This appeal stems from the involuntary termination of the parental rights of R.W. (hereinafter, “mother”), to the above referenced child. Involuntary termination hearings were held on November 1, 2010 and November 10, 2010. At that hearing, mother was represented by Gary Fronheiser, Esquire. At the conclusion of the hearing this court took all of the evidence and testimony under advisement and deferred decision on the petition to terminate parental rights.
