Petitioner commenced this Family Ct Act article 10 proceeding alleging that respondent neglected her three children (born in 2003, 2006 and 2008) by failing to take her epilepsy medication, which caused the children to be placed in imminent danger of harm on three specific occasions, and by failing to maintain her home in a safe and sanitary condition.
