YATES, Judge.
Billy Joe Lambert, a millwright employed by Saginaw Division, General Motors Corporation, suffered two injuries during the course of his employment. In May 1991, he injured his right shoulder while repairing a conveyor belt. He underwent surgery and, for six weeks and five days, received benefits under General Motors’ disability benefits program. His physician released him without any restrictions, and Lambert returned to work. At the time of the injury, Lambert’s average weekly wage was $915.60.
