This appeal arises out of the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Lisa McNeal, a teacher, in an action for personal injuries filed by a student, Jonathan Butler. The trial court concluded that McNeal was entitled to official immunity because no evidence of actual malice was presented. We agree, and we affirm.
