MEMORANDUM DECISION ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS

Before the court is the trustee’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, avoiding the lien of Trasino Park-Hudson, LLC, as a preference. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(K), and the court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
