This is an appeal from a decree -requiring the defendants to convey certain land to the plaintiff and adjudging that the plaintiff receive from the defendants the sum of $3681.29 with costs. The decree sets forth that it appears from the record that the defendants had contracted with the plaintiff to convey the land to her upon her payment to them of the sum of $410 and to give her free access to and full control of the land and that she should be entitled to its products; that a written memorandum of the contract was contained in a bond for a deed…
