Stanley McCloud seeks review of the Fifth District Court of Appeal’s decision in McCloud v. State, 189 So.3d 474 (Fla. 5th DCA 2014), which the district court issued on remand in light of this Court’s decision in Haygood v. State, 109 So.3d 735 (Fla. 2013). McCloud cites as authority Daugherty v.
