Appeal from an order of the district court denying plaintiffs’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial.

On January 20, 1964, plaintiff Grace Cormican became involved in ah automobile accident with Victor Parsons, defendant. It is alleged by plaintiffs that Grace Cormican was operating a 1957 Oldsmobile as bailee, said vehicle being owned by her husband, plaintiff Edward Cormican, the bailor.
