JOHNSON, Judge.

Bagwell Electric Steel Castings, Inc., was-the employer of appellees, George W. Bry*190ant and Corbie C. Isbell. The corporation appeals a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, awarding unemployment compensation to the employees.

The judgment of the circuit court was rendered after trial de novo on appeal from the Board of Appeals of the Department of Industrial Relations, which had awarded unemployment compensation, from the day the strike by the employees union ended, to the employees who had filed claims with the Department.
