OPINION ON REMAND
YÁÑEZ, Justice.
This appeal is before this Court on remand from the Texas Supreme Court. Appellants, Cigna Lloyds Insurance Company (“Cigna”), United National Insurance Company (“United National”), and Texas Pacific Indemnity Company (“Texas Pacific”) appealed summary judgments granted in favor of Bradleys’ Electric, Incorporated (“Bradleys’ Electric”), by which appellants were held to have a duty to defend a patent infringement claim against Bradleys’ Electric. This Court initially reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment for the insurance companies.…
