These matters come before the court in three chapter 13 cases in which the chapter 13 trustee, Marilyn 0. Marshall (the “Trustee”) has objected to confirmation of the plans because the debtors have not provided for the turnover of their entire tax refunds, all of which are largely comprised of earned income tax credits (“EIC”) or child tax credits (“CTC”).
