Uyi Dugboe faces removal to Nigeria, his home country. He challenges the decisions of the Immigration Judge (IJ) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to deny him withholding of removal under both the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and the United Nation’s Convention Against Torture (CAT).
