Justice INDEGLIA, for the Court.

Thomas G. Lamoureux (Lamoureux or defendant) appeals from a Superior Court judgment of conviction declaring him to be in violation of his probation and executing seven years of his previously imposed suspended sentence. On appeal, he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence in support of this judgment.
