This is a suit for damages instituted by. Saletia Kelley and W. G. Kelley, as the mother and father of Claude Kelley, deceased, against Walker D. Hines, Director General of Railroads, and the Galveston, Harrisburg & San Antonio -Railway Company, in which it was alleged that Claude Kelley, an employé of appellants, was killed through the negligent derailment of a train of the railway company.
