Appellees, husband and wife, brought this action against appellants to recover damages for -personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Haralson, and for hospital expenses for her and damage to his car paid out by Mr. Haralson, which it is alleged were occasioned by the negligence of the appellant, H. M. Berry, driver of a truck owned and being operated at the time for the Ward Ice Industries, a partnership operating under that name.
