HALE, District Judge.

This case comes before the court on the petition of the Eureka County Bank and others, who pray that this court relinquish all proceedings in this matter in bankruptcy, and transfer the case to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. It appears by the record before the court that the bankrupt corporation was resident and domiciled in the city of Portland, in the state of Maine, and a citizen of said state; that on April 8, 1904, a creditors5 petition was filed against this company by George E.
