By amended decision and order dated June 5, 2008, this court granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the 27 causes of action pleaded in plaintiffs amended complaint and denied plaintiffs cross motion to serve a second amended complaint (Davis v Cornerstone Tel. Co., LLC, 19 Misc 3d 1142[A], 2008 NY Slip Op 51141[U] [2008]).
