This is a suit to remove cloud from title to three tracts of land totaling approximately 370 acres situated in Garza County, Texas, by seeking a revocation and setting aside alleged awards attempted to be made of the same as vacant unsurveyed school land by Honorable Bascom Giles, Commissioner of the General Land Office of Texas, on August 2, 1949, to F. L. Carmichall and Lee W. Davis.
