LAND USE – MARYLAND-WASHINGTON REGIONAL DISTRICT ACT – JURISDICTION OF DISTRICT COUNCIL The Maryland-Washington Regional District Act (RDA), which covers most of Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, allocates certain land use functions between the county planning boards and the district councils.
