Carley, Justice.

A jury found Rudolfo Garcia guilty of malice murder, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The trial court denied Garcia’s motion for new trial and he appeals from the judgments of conviction and sentences entered by the trial court on the jury’s guilty verdicts.
