The plaintiff seeks to recover on a count on an account annexed for “Funeral expenses of Eleanor Sheehan $349.25.” A judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Boston found for the plaintiff and reported to the Appellate Division his “rulings and refusals to rule as requested.” The Appellate Division dismissed the report.
