Appellant in the month of October, 1907, was engaged in the manufacturing of children’s clothing in Woodbine, N. J.; and on the same date appellees were engaged as merchants in the city of Elizabethtown, Ky. On the 23d ofrthat month appellant’s agent solicited appellees to make an order for some clothing from appellant, which they did, the order amounting to $253.
