Leonard Jules Kerpelman, a member of the bar of this State, was charged by the Attorney Grievance Commission with professional misconduct. Pursuant to Maryland Rule BV 9, § b, this Court directed that the charges be transmitted to and heard by Judge Calvin R. Sanders of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Being advised that Judge Sanders would not be able to participate in the matter, the case was reassigned to Judge Joseph M. Mathias of the same court.
