Appeal from a judgment of Steuben County Court (Furfure, J.), entered June 19, 2000, convicting defendant after a nonjury trial of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously modified on the law by amending the certificate of conviction to provide that defen*865dant was convicted of one count of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and as modified the judgment is affirmed.
