On January 13, 2017, relator Elaine T. Marshall, as Executor of the Estate of E. Pierce Marshall, Individually, and as Trustee of the EPM Marital Income Trust, filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the respondent, the Honorable Mike Wood, presiding judge of the Probate Court Number 2 of Harris County, to vacate a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) he signed on January 11, 2017.
