O’HARA, Judge:

This case is presently before this Court for a third time. When this 1991 general court-martial, composed of a military judge alone, was reviewed earlier pursuant to Article 66, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. 866, this Court set aside a finding of guilty of rape, but affirmed the sole remaining conviction for violating a lawful general regulation1 in contravention of Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. 892, and affirmed a sentence to confinement for a year, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a bad conduct discharge. 34 MJ 882 (CGCMR 1992).
