Howard Holton was indicted for murder, and was .found guilty of voluntary manslaughter. His motion for a new trial being overruled, the case is here for review.
1. The amended motion for a new trial contains exceptions to numerous excerpts from the charge of the court.' It is unnecessary to discuss each one of these exceptions, for we have made a careful examination of them in connection with the evidence and the entire charge, and we find no error in any of them. We have rarely read instructions that more clearly, fairly, and fully presented all the issues, and have read none less vulnerable…
