1Opinion of the Court

Quillian, Presiding Judge.

James Brackett brought a complaint in the State Court of Hall County against Gloria Allen alleging that she owed him the sum of $1901.26 for money loaned to her by the plaintiff. The defendant answered the complaint denying that she had borrowed any money from the plaintiff whatsoever. The answer set forth that both parties had purchased gifts and made gifts to each other but positively denied that the defendant was indebted to the plaintiff.

The case came on for trial before a jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum sought.
