Plaintiff/appellee, Robert Wayne Webb (Wayne),3 filed this action against his aunt, defendant/appellant, Alberta Courtney Webb (Alberta),4 asserting he was entitled to ownership of 83.21 acres of land owned by Alberta. His claim was based on an alleged oral agreement that he would take care of her and the property in exchange for receiving the property through Alberta’s will.
