This was an action on the case, brought by Hannah Hollenbeck, administratrix of the estate of Almarin Hollenbeck, deceased, against the County of Winnebago, Duncan Ferguson, F. E. Latham, Anthony Haines, Hugh Mackey, Jo B. Merritt, John R. Herring and Jonathan H. Kirk, to recover for the death of Almarin Hollenbeck, who was killed by the falling of a portion of .the court house while it was being erected, the deceased, at the time, being engaged as a workman on the building.
