The People appeal from the district court judgment granting the petition of defendant, Deborah Ward-Garrison, to seal certain criminal records pursuant to $ 24-72-308, C.R.8.2002. We reverse and remand with directions to deny the petition.

The relevant facts are not in dispute. In the underlying eriminal case, the parties entered into a stipulation in 1998 pursuant to § 18-1.3-102(2), C.R.98.2002 (formerly § 16-7-408(2)), for entry of a deferred judgment and sentence upon defendant's guilty plea to a felony.
