MEMORANDUM OPINION

TILLEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Lizzie Earline Green, has filed a Complaint asserting claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the North Carolina Handicapped Persons Protection Act and a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress [Doc. # 1]. Her case is currently before the Court on Defendant John Chatillon & Sons’ (“Chatillon”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 35] and Defendant’s Motion for Sanctions [Doc. #39].
