The former wife of the defendant brought an action subsequent to the parties’ divorce to determine her equitable interest in real and personal property held by the defendant. A Probate Court judge made "Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law” and an "Order for Judgment.” The order for judgment directed that the defendant (husband) convey to the plaintiff (wife) an undivided one-half interest in the real estate (a house and garage) and pay to her one half of the amount, plus interest, formerly on deposit in two joint savings accounts and one-half of the proceeds, plus interest, of certain…
