Izora J. Newcomer, the appellee, commenced tins action against tlie Tipton Light, Heat & Power Company, appellant, to recover damages on account of injuries sustained Tty her through the alleged negligence of appellant. The venue was twice changed. The cause originated in Tipton county, and was tried in Miami county. This is the second appeal. Tipton Light, etc., Co. v. Newcomer, 156 Ind. 318.
