This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment dismissing its Petition for Recission of Sale and Damages. For reasons *2assigned, we reverse the judgment of the trial court.

FACTS

The plaintiff, C & M Contractors, Inc. d/b/a/ C & M Bayou Fuel Docks (C & M), entered into a contract with the defendant, Team Persuasion Enterprises, Ipc., (Team), in which Team constructed a work boat for C & M.
