This is an appeal by appellants, the commissioners of the Chouteau, Nameoki and Venice Drainage and Levee District, (hereinafter called the Chouteau district,) from an order of the county court of Madison county denying the application of the commissioners for the formation of a sub-district within the boundaries of the Chouteau district, to be known as the Long Lake Drainage and Levee District,' hereinafter called the sub-district.
