Renner v. Progressive Life Insurance

This appeal is from an order of the Benton circuit court striking from the files appellant’s amended complaint and the second appeal prosecuted in this action. The first was from a judgment of the trial court sustaining in part a demurrer to the complaint and a motion to dismiss. This court dismissed the appeal for the reason that it was prematurely taken.
