—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Charles Solomon, J.j, rendered November 24, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.

The court properly denied defendant’s request for a sanction for lost administrative police reports. The record fails to establish that the reports constituted Rosario material in the first place, or that defendant was prejudiced by their loss or destruction in this case involving the robbery of an undercover officer.
