'William B. Vanover died on November 10, 1902, tbe owner of certain lands, in Pike county, of which be bad tbe possession and was residing thereon, with bis wife, wbo is now tbe appellee, London Stanley. Thereafter on September 5, 1903, she claims to have intermarried with, and to have become tbe wife of one Wilburn Estepp. Estepp procured a judgment of tbe Pike circuit court, granting him a divorce from her in 1908.
