LATTIMORE, Judge.
Conviction for robbery; punishment, eight years in the penitentiary.
This case was tried in March 1934. No bills of exception were filed during the term, which ended April 21st, nor within any extension period granted by the trial court within which such bills must be filed. On November 13, 1934, responding to. a motion to that effect, the trial court attempted to enter an order nunc pro tunc as of April 4, 1934, granting appellant the right to file his bills of exception within ninety days after the conclusion of the trial.
