Patrick Haynes (“the father”) and Ashley Haynes (“the mother”) were divorced by a September 14, 2010, judgment of the Lauderdale Circuit Court; the divorce judgment incorporated the terms of a settlement agreement reached by the parties. Pursuant to the parties’ settlement agreement, the divorce judgment awarded the mother primary physical custody of the parties’ minor child, who was not yet three years old at the time of the parties’ divorce. The divorce judgment also provided that the father have visitation with the child for one month in the fall and from January…
