Respondents-appellants, George W. Wilson and Ohio Adult Parole Authority, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting a writ of mandamus to relator-appellee, Shawn M. Corder, requiring respondents to credit, pursuant to R.C. 2967.191, the proper number of days that he was confined because of the offense for which he was convicted and sentenced. Relator is an inmate of the Pickaway Correctional Institution, of which respondent George W. Wilson is superintendent.
