MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Dismiss Appeal of Chapter 7 Debtor Maria Villarreal Camacho (“Camacho”) filed by Appellee GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. (“GreenPoint”) on May 21, 2013. (ECF No. 4.) In its Motion, GreenPoint argues that this Court does not have jurisdiction to hear Camacho’s appeal because the appeal was filed after the fourteen-day appeal period set forth in Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 8002(a) had expired.
