Robinson v. Latah County

For many years prior to the year 1935, the Moscow Publishing Company printed at Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, a publication called the Daily Star-Mirror, as well as a publication called the Idaho Post. The first named publication was printed daily, and the second, weekly. In January, 1935, the name of the Idaho Post was changed to the Weekly Star-Mirror.
