On 10 October 1986, this Court granted appellant’s motion for reconsideration of our decision of 24 September 19861 in accordance with Rule 19 of the Courts of Military Review Rules of Practice and Procedure. After considering the latest briefs submitted and hearing oral argument, the earlier decision affirming the findings and sentence approved below is, upon further review, reaffirmed.
