Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 21, 2012, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant, an administrative assistant, was discharged from her employment for violating the employer’s written policy prohibiting the obtaining of confidential information pertaining to its business affairs and sharing such information with former employees.
