DAVIDSON, Judge.

The conviction is for possessing marihuana; the punishment, ten years in the penitentiary.

Peace officers saw appellant stoop down, reach under and feel along the sill of a building and, as he removed his hand and stood up, they saw him transfer a package in his hand to his pocket. The officers apprehended the appellant and a companion about a half block away, at which time appellant was asked, “What’s that you’ve got in your pocket that you got from that building over there?” Thereupon appellant removed from his pocket a package wrapped in brown paper and threw it on the…
