This is an appeal in an interference proceeding from the decision of the Board of Interference Examiners of the United States Patent. *710Office awarding priority of invention of the subject matter defined in the single count in issue to appellee, Samuel Herbert Taylor, Jr. • ■
The interference is between appellee’s application No.'225,682, filed August 19,1938, and appellant’s application No. 301,713, filed October 28,1939.
