MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT F. HERSHNER, Jr., Chief Judge.
William M. Flatau, Chapter 7 Trustee, Plaintiff, filed on April 26, 2001, a Complaint to Avoid Transfer. Wachovia Securities, Inc., Defendant, filed a response on May 25, 2001. Wayne L. Pulliam filed a response on May 29, 2001. A hearing was held on July 11, 2001. The Court entered an order on May 31, 2002, allowing Mr. Pulliam to intervene as a defendant.
