MEMORANDUM DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION

SUSAN V. KELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The chapter 13 trustee filed objections to confirmation of the Chapter 13 plans in these cases which were commenced in 2006 and are governed by the provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA). The trustee contends that the Stimacs and Mr. Fruik (collectively the “Debtors”), whose income is above the applicable Wisconsin median income, have not devoted all of their projected disposable income to the plans, as required by 11 U.S.C. §§ 1325(b)(1),…
